Please join us at Central Market Cooking School for a jump into spring. Due to Spring Break, we meet on the 4th Monday this month. The menu includes smoked salmon on toast points, salad (determined by the chef), champagne chicken crepes, and a dessert of mini blueberry cakes with lemon sorbet.

Directions: From Mopac exit 35th St and stay left on 35th St cutoff where 35th becomes 38th. Go east on 38th to the traffic light at Lamar Blvd. Turn left (north) onto Lamar. Go to the stoplight at 40th St
and turn right into Central Park. Central Market is straight ahead. Classroom is on the 2nd floor.
