Whether you are getting ready for Mardi Gras, or just want a steaming bowl of Gulf Coast goodness, February is the time of year for gumbo!  Join our hosts, Carole and Jody for one of their fun filled, informative, and delicious cooking classes, and create a Creole favorite.
This class will offer techniques and tips to improve your knife skills, while preparing a fabulous seafood gumbo, replete with shrimp, oysters, crab and smoked sausage.  A tasty appetizer will be taught, and what Cajun meal would be complete without a rich, Louisiana inspired dessert!
BYOB to enjoy with the meal.  If you have a favorite knife, bring that along too, and “hone” your knife skills as we cook.
Carole and Jody are excited to bring you this delightful and fun evening.  Seating is limited, so register soon to insure your place.
Comments from the last class: "Recipes were great!" "Food, company and ambience were the best!"
"It was relaxed and interactive.  I like the idea of a presentation type of class with several menu items to fit holiday or season."
